Returns & Shipping Policy

Delivery

We offer national delivery through various courier services, with fees starting at R95, depending on your location. For remote areas, delivery fees may reach up to R250; however, we can provide a quote upon request. International delivery is available on a per-order basis. To obtain an accurate cost estimate from DHL, please provide your delivery address details.

Payment Options

We accept various payment methods, including Payflex. By selecting Payflex, you agree to their terms and conditions. For more information, please visit the Payflex website.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Refunds and exchanges must be requested via email to info@junglesouthafrica.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and contain original tags.
  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Costs Involved:

  • Exchanges: Your first exchange is free; we cover collection and delivery. Subsequent exchanges will incur a charge of R128 per courier
  • Refunds: Refund pick-ups will be charged at R100, which will be deducted from your refund. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds may take 1-5 working days to process and an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account. If a return does not meet requirements, we will contact you to arrange the return of the item.

Please note that altered items cannot be returned, and all sales are final once an order is placed. Refunds are not available for Payflex purchases, but exchanges are permitted at the client's shipping cost.

Sale Items

Items on promotion, clearance, or part of an end-of-range sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have 7 working days from delivery to return it. We will either issue a refund, provide a credit note, or repair/replace the product. 

 

Cooling Off (Cancellation Policy)

You may cancel your order before dispatch, provided it is not a made-to-order item and we have not already placed a large order on your behalf. If you cancel after dispatch, our returns policy applies.

Refund Policy for Wholesale Orders

We do not accept refunds on wholesale orders but assist with exchanges or issues related to damaged items. Courier costs for returns will be the client's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Jungle South Africa is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased herein.
